Happy Monday & first day of spring loves!
I seriously cannot believe how fast this year is already flying by. This weekend was the ultimate spring weekend here in Houston and I absolutely loved every single minute of it. Sunny & 85 all weekend long, with 60 degree nights – so amazing! It really was just a beautiful weekend. We spent Saturday at the pool with friends and Sunday running errands, having lunch on the patio and grilling out at my Dad’s.
Speaking of spring, this dress is the ultimate, spring dress for the season. The moment I saw it online at J Crew, I knew I had to have it. Colton kept calling it a “Sunday dress“, which is actually a perfect description of it. It’s the perfect spring dress for an outdoor dinner, it would be fantastic for Easter, for a bridal luncheon or even Memorial Day weekend. The blue & white gingham, really gives it that classic look. Any who, with it officially being spring, we have a lot of things going on in our lives that I am absolutely ecstatic for!

- Longer & sunnier days.
- Moving into our new apartment.
- Decorating our new apartment.
- Mother’s Day weekend in Napa with my Mom.
- Spending a Sunday at the Houston open with a group of our best friends.
- A few more weeks of cooler weather before the summer heat.
- The annual wine festival at Brenner’s On The Bayou.
- Pool days & afternoon grill outs.
