Happy Friday Love Bugs! 

We made it again! My apologies this post went live so late. I had a few things pop up this morning that I had to take care of.

Any who, another week has come and gone and this Saturday we leave for Destin with Colton’s family. Out of every trip I take during the year, I think this one is by far my favorite. It’s so simple, yet it is such a good time. In college, since we were on summer break, we used to be able to go for the full eight days. But now that we are working, #adultlife our time there is much shorter. Not complaining though! I will take what I can get 🙂 

I thought it would be fun to share with you guys a few of the things I ordered for the trip and plan on taking with me. You know,  incase you have a beach vacation coming up soon too! Just a little inspiration! 

1. Lightweight Romper: The perfect romper to wear to dinner after a day in the sun. It’s light weight and super comfortable! If you saw on Insta Stories Wednesday, I wore this during my try on session and it was so much better in person than I ever thought it would be. I’m so glad it came in just in time for our trip! 
2. Statement Earrings: I always seem to dress a little bit more relaxed at the beach, which is why fun earrings like these brighten up even the most basic outfits. I love the yellow!! 
3. Cap: A cap is an absolute must for the beach. I especially love them at the end of the day, when the sun is setting, the wind is blowing and my hair is flying everywhere. They’re also perfect if you have a boat trip planned! I love this pink Vinyard Vines one because even though it is pink, it’s subtle enough to go with everything. 
4. Swell Bottle: Colton and I LOVE our Swell Bottles. I kid you not, we have like 10. Swell bottles are perfect for the beach because I love knowing I can fill it with water before heading down to the water and by the end of the day it will still be cold. Plus, how cute are the palms on this one?!
5. Floppy Hat: A floppy hat is a beach essential for keeping the sun off your face all while looking your best! 
6. Sunnies: I feel like everyone loses their sunglasses at the beach. I mean, it happens to someone every year! I love these sunnies because they are so cute, make a statement, and I won’t want to cry if I lose them in the ocean. 
7. Sandals: My new favorite sandals will definitely be the first thing packed in my bag. Ever since picking them up a few weeks ago, I have not stopped wearing. Usually, I just wear my Tory Burch sandals but I love the mini statement these make. You can see them here. 
8. SUGAR Rose lip balm: The perfect lip balm for the beach! I know I have shared this lip balm with you all before because it really is the best. It is a chapstick, with SPF, that also has a little color to it. It also smells amazing! 
9. Cover Up: I just ordered this little cover up and will definitely be taking it with me this weekend! It always seems to get cool at night on the beach so I know I will be happy having it. 
10. Hair Ties: Kailey introduced me to these hair ties and ya’ll…. I’m OBSESSED. They work so well without pulling on my hair. These will be perfect for the beach for when I want to get in the water or get my hair out of my face. 
11. IT Cosmetics CC Cream: The best full coverage, tinted moisturizer with SPF. Ya’ll, this CC Cream is everything! It leaves an amazing dewy finish and covers everything it needs too. 
12. Beach Tote: Perfect for bringing all of your favorite necessities down to the beach with you.Whether you like more of the straw beach bags, or ones like this Tory Burch one any tote will work!
13. High Waisted Swimsuit: I’m so obsessed with High Waisted swimsuits it’s not even funny. I think they are not only so cute, but they are also a little forgiving…..if you know what I mean 😉 I just ordered this one before the trip and so far I love it! The price isn’t too bad either.
