Good Morning Loves! How was everyones weekend?
Ours was really really nice. Friday night, we went to dinner for my friends birthday and had a really fun tapas dinner. Saturday, I went to barre with my best friend who was in town for the weekend, then went to Tiny Boxwoods to ask her to be my MOH (yay!!). That evening, we went to a wine bar with a big group of friends and Sunday I went to a birthday brunch, got some shopping done, then went to the Christmas Tree Farm to pick up some poinsettias and a wreath!
With the Holidays being in full gear, my guess is that you guys have countless holiday parties coming up. While I love dressing up, I think the Christmas parties that are the most fun, are the ones wear you get to wear Tacky Christmas Sweaters. It’s so funny to me that places like Nordstrom’s, sell tacky sweaters now, like it’s a normal thing. I remember being in high school and not being able to find them anywhere!! We would always have to borrow my best friends, mom’s sweaters from the 80’s.
I guess it’s true when they say fashion goes in cycles – lol.
This weekend we have Lights in the Heights, and then next weekend we have Coltons families White Elephant party, so I will probably be rocking this sweater at both! When we shot this look at the Christmas Tree Farm Sunday, it was literally freezing. Actually, it was freezing all weekend and I absolutely loved it! I didn’t mind one bit, that it was as overcast as it was. It just finally felt like December!!
