Good Morning Loves!

I am so excited to finally share this post with you all today. I know many of you have already seen a lot of these photos from past posts (here & here) but there are a lot of new ones on here as well. Also, I finally finished out Video too!

Switzerland is officially one of my most favorite places in the world. It is breathtakingly gorgeous, there is so much to do and see, everyone is so nice and the country is literally so clean. Oh, and everyone speaks English, which was a major plus.  After three days, I really felt at home there and I swear if I could, I would move there in a heartbeat!

If you are thinking about traveling to Switzerland, I highly recommend it! Below are all of our suggestions from what we did. This was my second time in Switzerland and next time I want to spend at least a week there so that I can go to all of the different cities. The great thing about the country is their train system. It is so easy to travel from one destination to next.

LUCERNE SWITZERLAND

Where to Stay:
Grand National Hotel: Get a room with a lake view! Trust me 🙂

What to do:

-Walk around Old Town and get to know the city. It really is gorgeous!

-Spend A Day on Mount Pilatus. It is a 5-minute bus ride away and is totally worth it! Take the gondola up to the mountain, slide down The Alps then enjoy a beer or two overlooking the country.

-Take a boat ride around Lake Lucerne. This is one thing we didn’t do that I really wish we would have! The lake is seriously breathtaking and there are a ton of tours!

-See the Wooden Bridge: This bridge is in the heart of the city and was built in the 1300’s. It’s breathtaking and very picturesque!

Where to eat & drink:

Grand Hotel National: Sit on their outdoor patio and look over the water. Great for people watching!

Ristorante Pizzeria Weisses Kreuz: We went here out last night and Lucerne and they have the best pasta I have ever had in my life. And I never eat past! It was amazing. It’s also very intimate but packed.

Zunfthausrestaurant Pfistern: For the best fondue! When you walk into the restaurant, you can literally smell all of the cheese. Go for dinner and sit outside on their balcony overlooking the river. They bring you blankets and seriously have the best fondue! We went our first night and it was amazing.

Mill’Feuille: For the perfect little light or heavy lunch! They have everything here. A lot of healthy options. It’s super cute and if you can, either sit outside in the alley or right by the water depending on the weather. The inside is super chic too!

ENNETBURGEN, SWITZERLAND

Where to Stay

Hotel Villa Honegg: Sitting in the heart of the Alps, Hotel Honegg is one of Switzerland’s most prestigious boutique hotels. Since we were only here one night, we never left the resort. We had massages, dinner, and breakfast all there. They have the most amazing views and the most amazing Infiniti pool. Everything at this hotel was five stars and absolutely wonderful! I wish we could have had more than one night!
