Today I wanted to share with you guys one of my latest obsession’s // favorite finds!  Because let’s be honest, I love ice cream (especially in the summer!), but finding a brand that doesn’t make me feel guilty is hard to find.  So today I want to introduce you guys to…

Arctic Zero Ice Cream

Why I love it

Arctic Zero Ice  Cream is Gluten Free, GMO Free, Lactose Free, Fat Free & Low Glycemic. Not to mention, filled with PROTEIN & FIBER!! Arctic Zero is made with whey protein and sweetened with antioxidant-rich monk fruit.  You also won’t find any artificial flavors, sweeteners or colors.

Can I get an amen???

Not to mention, this ice cream is delicious. Like, eat a whole pint in one sitting kind of delicious. Do you want to know the best part?? I don’t feel guilty because an entire pint is only 150 calories. Well, at least for my favorite flavor, Vanilla Maple Syrup.  The calories in the pints range from 35 kcal for a half cup to 75 kcal for a half cup.

So far I have tried the Chocolate Peanut Butter, Vanilla Maple, Mint Chocolate Chip, & Cookie Shake and they are all amazing! Although, I am dying to try the Cookie Dough and the Chocolate Dipped Ice Cream Bars!!

Lets use Arctic Zero’s Vanilla Maple as an example, since it’s what I have been eating the most lately!

That’s not bad, right? The thing is, if you’re anything like me, and you’re usually the person  standing in the ice cream section, freezing your booty off reading the labels, coming across the brand was the biggest “FINALLY, YESS, WOHOO “moment.  Because even the brands like Skinny Cow and Weight Watchers are still super high in sugar. The same thing goes for Froyo, they’re all hidden with so much sugar even though they claim to be “healthy”. With this brand, I can relax and not secretly hate Colton while he chows down on his Blue Bell next to me.  Have I sold you on this brand yet? Good, because you won’t regret trying it.

I usually eat my Arctic Zero straight from the pint, but recently, I have been dressing my ice-cream up a little bit!

Half cup of Maple Arctic Zero

1/4 of a Banana sliced

1/2 of a walnut chopped

As much Cinnamon as you want!

(I’m crazy for cinnamon ya’ll, so crazy good for you!)

Also, can we talk about how adorable these ice-cream bowls are?? I picked mine up from Marshall’s, but you can buy similar ones  here! If yellow isn’t your thing, then lucky for you, they come in multiple colors!
