Holy Moly Guys. If January was just a glimpse of what 2017 is going to look like, then I am in for a serious treat. I’m not kidding you when I saw we truly never stopped. From New Orleans, to weddings, Mexico, and now San Diego, I have been on on a roll.

We started off the year in New Orleans! Which if you are looking for something awesome to do on NYE next year, just go to New Orleans and buy tickets for any party. You will not be disappointed. Swear.
We pretty much spent the weekend with our best friends wondering, eating & drinking. We went to THE MOST awesome Drag Brunch at The Country Club and rang in the new year at the Ace Hotel. It was pretty swanky and all around the best weekend.
& yes, you heard me right, a Drag Brunch. Seriously SO FUN. Think bottomless mimosas, the Spice Girls blaring and quite a show throughout your whole brunch. It was without a doubt everyones favorite part of the weekend.

That next weekend, we went to our sweet friends wedding downtown. It was black tie, it was beautiful and we had a blast. For those of you who do not know, I LOVE to dance.
Like love. Especially at weddings.
So of course I had a great time!
Then that Sunday, we went to Liberty Kitchen for my friend Laurel’s Birthday Brunch and then spent the remainder of the day, sitting in her backyard, drinking wine until the sun went down. It was so beautiful outside and was the best way to end the weekend.

As you guys know, I started Kayla’s program over again with over a million girls and so far it has been awesome! Seriously, such a great community of women. The support is incredible. I love seeing girls at the gym doing BBG and talking to them about their journey . Their stories are always so inspiring!

After being on vacation, I feel like you really need that. You need to decompress a little bit unless you’ll never fully recover.

The rest of my month was spent preparing for San Diego, which is where I am now.
Literally, I felt like my immune system was failing all month long, so I was desperately needing to take it easy.
None-the-less, January was a freaking blast.
I do have to say though, I am really excited for February!! Not only is it my Birthday month, but we just have a lot going on. The Super Bowl will be in Houston this weekend and there are more events than I can even handle. Then we have Valentines Day, my birthday and then Colton and I will be heading to NYC!
So yeah, I am pretty excited!!!
What all do you guys have planned for February??
xo,
Lauren
