How To Order Healthy At Starbucks

If you follow me on snapchat, then you know that I LOVE Starbucks.

Yes, I know I could probably save that $2.10 everyday, but then again, it wouldn’t be the same. There is just something so much better about their coffee, than the coffee from the Kurig at my office. 

Not only do I love the coffee, but I also really love their food options. When I am out and about, on the go or out of town, I know that I can always rely on Starbucks for a quick an healthy meal. While Starbucks is notorious for unhealthy options, you don’t have to order that way. 

How I Order My Coffee 

– Tall Blonde Roast; w/ Steamed Non Fat milk  

– Tall Blonde Roast; w/ Almond Milk or Coconut Milk 

Breakfast Favorites 

– Hearty Blueberry Oatmeal + 1/2 Banana

(Do not add the brown sugar, raisins or nut mixture) 

Calories: 230 

– Spinach, Feta & Cage -Free Egg White Breakfast Wrap 

Calories: 290 

Lunch & On The Go Snack Favorites 

– Hearty Veggie & Brown Rice Salad 

(No dressing – instead substitute lemon juice)

Calories: 240 | Protein: 10g | Fiber: 8g

 -Zesty Chicken & Black Bean Salad 

(1/2 dressing)

Calories: 300 | Protein: 14g | Fiber: 8g

– Protein Bistro Box 

(All but 1/2 the bread & 1/2 the peanut butter package)

Calories: 300 (around) | Protein: 14g | Fiber: 5

  1. I love this post! It’s so easy to drink your calories (especially at Starbucks) and their food is so good so it’s hard not to get something sometimes! I love their oatmeal too!
