Father’s Day Gift Guide

Happy Thursday Guys! Father’s Day is right around the corner, literally one week away, so right now is the perfect time to start thinking about what to get your Dads! 

I spend more time with my Dad than I do anybody else. Even more than Colton! And despite the fact that I do spend so much time with him, he is still hands down the hardest person to shop for. I just feel like he has everything and he is very particular about what he likes and what he doesn’t like. None-the-less, my Dad is my rock, so I always try and go out of my way to make his gift special, but it is definitely always a struggle getting there!!

Does anyone else feel that way? 

Dads are just so hard to shop for! Anyways, if you’re like me and you have a hard time in this department, then hopefully this guide will help you out! I’ve researched every site and I truly believe that these picks are ones your Dads will love! 

1. Lightweight Bonobos Button Up: Bonobos is my Dads absolute favorite brand, as well as Colton’s! I kid you not, whenever I buy something from there for one of them, without getting something for the other, the other one always get jealous! It’s just such a great brand. For an affordable price, every shirt is tailored more to them. In addition to sizes, you can also pick whether your want it slim fit, tailored or not. Right now they have a ton of their summer items on sale so anything from Bonobos would be a perfect option! 
2. My Dad Rocks Whisky Glasses: For some reason, I love these little whisky glasses. I just think they are so cute and (p)unny! Get it? Like the glasses say “My Dad Rocks” and it’s meant for drinking his whisky on the rocks – lol? I feel so lame but I just think it is so clever and cute! If your Dad is a whisky drinker, then this is a great gift! Try gifting him his favorite whisky with it! 
3. Personalized Travel Cooler: This cooler is so nice, and I love that it is personalized. It can carry up to twelve beers and I love how classic it looks! It’s not your average travel cooler. Plus, the green and brown makes it look very sophisticated! 
4. Bose Bluetooth Head Phone: I got these for my Dad for Christmas and he loves them. Like loves them loves them. I never thought he would really be interested in them or really use them, but he uses them for everything! 
5. Sperry’s: You can never go wrong with a pair of Sperry’s. They go with everything and are what I believe to be a classic. For Christmas, my Dad asked for a new pair because his were looking a little rough. If your Dad is needing a new pair, then this would be a great option! 
6. Apple Watch: If you’re wanting to splurge on your Dad this Father’s Day, then an Apple Watch is the perfect gift! Personally, I’ve been on the fence with getting one for my Dad because he kind of hates all Apple products lol (I’ll never understand it) but I did get my mom one for Christmas and she loves it. Then recently, Colton’s Dad and Papo got one and they are obsessed with it too. I can’t say enough good things about the Apple Watch, it just makes life easier, if that makes sense. So if you’re Dad doesn’t hate Apple products the way mine does lol, then this would be the perfect gift!
7. Record Player: Idk why, but I think this is such a cool gift idea. If your Dad has a bunch of old records, then this would be a really fun gift idea! Out of the box and not your average Father’s Day gift. 
8. Personalized Grilling Tools Set: I’m not going to lie, I kind of hate how stereotypical this gift is for Dads, but I will say, I do think it is a cool gift. My Dad has grilling tools, but I don’t think he has a set that is personalized to him. It’s just fun! 
9. Burberry Wallet: Another great gift idea if you are wanting to splurge on your Dad! I love the Burberry wallets and cannot say enough good things about them. I have bought one for both my Dad and Colton and they are just so nice. I love how classic this one looks and the fact that it has black and brown in it. 
10. Bonobos Short Sleeve Henley: These short sleeve henley’s are currently on sale and are the perfect shirt for the summertime. I bought a long sleeve one for my Dad recently and he loves it! This short sleeve one is super light weight and would be the perfect casual shirt to have for when the temperatures really rise! 

Out Of The Box Ideas

A few “out of the box” Father’s Day gift ideas if you are not loving the ones above! If your Dad is a big golfer, try setting him up at a really nice golf course with his own personal catty! If he never takes time for himself, set him up for a massage. Or if you never get to see him, make it a point to really spend the whole day with him. In the end, what ever you get him he will love!
