I’m keeping today short and sweet today! Yesterday was Colton’s Birthday and our evening went a little bit later than it normally would for a typical Wednesday! I’m not going to lie though, I feel kind of bad. I normally go all out, and I mean all out for his birthday and this year I kind of feel like I dropped the ball. We have jut been so busy with the wedding and time has not been on my side. I mean, I still did all of the normal things I would do like giving him multiple cards throughout the day, surpring him with his favorite cupakes and what not, but I didnt go above and beyond like I normally would. None-the-less, we had the most lovely dinner with his family and had the best time celebrating him! We went to Steak 48 and it was absolutely amazing.
I wore this outfit Friday night while in New York for Fashion Week and ya’ll, these fall floral pants were everything! Long story short, I ordered them way in advance to ensure they would be here in time for Fashion Week, but when Harvey hit, a lot of my mail (including this package) got lost. I was dead-set on these pants though…so the day before my trip I went to Club Monaco and picked them up again with the intention of returning the one pair that didn’t come in on time.
Well…… these pants have stolen my heart and now I think that instead of returning that extra pair, I’m just going to exchange them for the solid black pair because I love them that much. Ya’ll, I am telling you, they are so comfortable, light weight and flattering. I hoenstly cannot say one bad thing about them. Absolutely and totally obsessed.
As I mentioned in yesterday’s post, flared hemmed pants and dark florals are super in this season and these pants fit perfectly into both of those categories!
I paired it with this top from J. Crew, which is on sale or under $20, my classic Steve Madden heels and these drop earrings from Francesca.
A lot of you guys have sent me DM’s in regards to this purse and while the exact one is last season Loeffler Randal, they made an almost identical one this season! It is seriously the best purse. Super sleek, great storage and fits a lot!
