When it comes to Bridal Beauty, I have been focusing the most on my skin. I want it to look fresh, firm and like I am truly glowing.
If you follow me on Snapchat, then you all know that I have been doing a series of facials for the past few weeks to help prep my skin for my wedding day. Which I will do a whole post on soon! One thing I have had to take into consideration though, is that I will be in Napa a week before my wedding and most likely will not be getting a facial between now and our big day. So needless to say, I have been searching the top products to make sure my skin is going to be perfect!
If acne is your biggest concern, then I highly recommend visiting your dermatologist before hand to get your skin under control in advance. But if you are just looking give yourself that desired “bridal glow” then these products are total perfection. I have been slowly adding hem to my bag to take with me. Please remember though to alway check with your dermatologist and to try these products ahead of time. You never want to try anything the day of and have a bad reaction.
Top 10 Day Of Bridal Beauty Products
- Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation: If you are picking out your own foundation for your wedding day and want luxurious full coverage, that this Giorgio Armani Foundation is hands down the way to go. This foundation, I swear goes on like magic. There is a reason it is voted a top foundation over and over and over. There is nothing like it. Even my Aunt who is a top notch makeup artist in LA swears by it. It’s absolutely incredible.
- Kate Somerville Exfolicate: To help prep my skin and keep it clean, I have been using this Kate Somerville Exfolicate Extreme Exfoliation Treatment at least 2-3 times a week in addition to my daily beauty regimen. It is a 5 minute facial that does an incredible job at exfoliating the skin, leaving your skin absolutely glowing afterwards.
- Nu Face Facial Toning Kit: If you wake up in the mornings with a puffy face, no matter how much moisturizer you put on the night before, then the Nu Face is for you. It’s an award-winning, multi-solution skin care device goes beyond your skin to tone facial muscles while improving contour and skin tone. This device is the real deal. I plan on using it the morning of my wedding! As well as probably most of the days leading up to it lol.
- Estee Lauder Facial Mask: This mask is on almost every Bridal website for Bridal skin care and there is a reason for it. It for anyone who is looking for a firming mask that moisturizes, brightens and evens out your skin tone. This mask does best if applied at night so I suggest doing it the night before your wedding!
- Cle De Pleau Concealer: The most luxurious of all concealers. I like to think of it more as a miracle marker, especially if you are trying to hide blemishes, pimples or dark circles. I actually tried this after reading a bridal blog a few years ago (too soon?) and completely fell in love with it then. There is nothing else like it on the market.
- Sugar Lip Polish: Just like your skin, you want to make sure you take care of your lips! You absolutely do not want flaky lips on your wedding day. The Sugar Lip Polish will take away all of the dead skin off of your lips – just make sure to moisturize afterwards!
- Lip Renewal Masks: After the step above, if you are looking to really moisturize your lips and make them extra kissable, then these lip masks are the way to go! Patcheology is my favorite and these lip masks do not disappoint.
- Cucumber Eye Gel Patches: I do not know about you guys, but I have terribly baggy and puffy eyes in the morning, especially when I am losing sleep due to wedding stress (& wine lol)! I picked up these eye gels before my Bachelorette and they do wonders! Perfect for the morning of your wedding day. The cucumber is super soothing for your eyes. I suggest putting them in the fridge to keep the extra cold!
- Lancome Waterproof Mascara: If you are looking for a great waterproof mascara that doesn’t smudge or clump but gives great volume and definition, then this mascara is for you! Seriously, its reviews are incredible.
- Charlotte Tilbury Unisex Healthy Glow: This product has only recently come to my attention, but ya’ll, I am obsessed. It seriously does the most amazing things for my skin and gives it just that little extra added glow. I have been adding a tiny (very tiny) amount under my foundation and the results have been absolutely incredible.
