Happy Monday Loves!

I hope everyone had a great weekend! We are currently packing up and getting ready for our trip tomorrow. Even though we will be missing most of October due to traveling, I still made sure to cross going to the pumpkin patch off my fall bucket list!

The weather here in Houston was seriously so nice this past weekend, but it still definitely wasn’t giving out too many fall vibes lol. When we decided to go to the pumpkin patch, my first intention was to throw on a sweater and some booties but deep down I knew that if I did that, then I would be absolutely miserable. Which isn’t fun for anybody! I originally bought this top to wear while in Napa, and since that didn’t happen, I jumped at every chance to wear it this past weekend. I bought this top because it was so incredibly lightweight. Surprisingly, during this time of the year, the Valley is super warm during the day, so I knew it would be perfect! Then these jeans I picked up at Anthropologie and they are my newest obsession. I love the cropped wide leg flare. Also, if you are a shorty like me, then Anthro should be your store of choice or jeans because they have an amazing petites section!

Going to the pumpkin patch is one of my favorite fall traditions. When I was in college, my roommates, Colton and I would go every year. We’d bring our pups, pick out our pumpkins, take a few photos then go back to our place to carve them. We’d invite a bunch of people over, order pizza, drink wine and carve pumpkins on my kitchen table. They are some of my most favorite memories!

If you are in the Houston area and are looking for a Pumpkin Patch, we went to St. Lukes Methodist Church since it is so close to us but here is a list of Houston’s Top 10 Pumpkin Patches

Anywho, I hope you all have a great week!

Have you guessed where we are headed too tomorrow yet? I’ll give you a few hints! It’s supposed to be pretty chilly, the views are unreal and they are known for their chocolate!

xo,

Lauren

Bentley is there!! I would love to take my little fur one to a pumpkin patch and his and my first time! There were 2 others spots I knew of but won’t allow dogs ): Is Bentley an emotional support or service dog? I’ve always wondered since you take him everywhere! I need to tell my fiancé if we can go there!
