Although it was also super requested by you guys, so I think that makes up for it!
A good pair of flattering jeans, that fit your body just right is hard to come by. When you do find that pair, hold on to them, treat them right and never take them for granted.
For the longest time, I always felt like jeans were a hassle and never found a pair that I loved. And after a lifetime of never finding a pair of jeans that fit just right, I’m finally at a point in my life where I actually have a few that I swear by.
When looking for a pair of jeans, they have too…….
(1) Be High-rise or Mid Rise Only. Low rise jeans are not flattering on anyone.
(2) They have to be comfortable.
(3) They must fit perfectly around my waist, but still hung my legs and behind.
(4) They cannot stretch out! This is the biggest part and the easiest way to tell the difference between a really nice pair of jeans and a cheap pair under $100. A good pair of jeans, you should barely have to wash, yet will always keep their shape.
(5) They have to be moveable or stretchable I guess I should say. There is nothing I hate more than stiff jeans.

Mid-Rise: Dark Skinny Jean
Whenever it comes to buying jeans, as I mentioned earlier, I’m incredibly picky. Especially since I’m so petite! It just makes buying jeans really hard. So when Matt & Bow reached out to me to try a pair of their Mid-Rise Skinny Jeans, I was kind of really skeptical. None-the-less, I took a look at their jeans online and liked what I saw. Anyways, I went ahead and told them to send me a pair because I did like their selection and I thought the price point of the jeans would be perfect for you guys!
But deep down, I was like “I can’t get my hopes up, these are never going to fit. You can’t buy jeans online!”.

I put them on for the very first time and I swear my life was changed. They are the most comfortable pair of jeans I have ever worn and they fit like a glove. What I like most about them, is where they fit around my waist. They’re never too tight but still hold everything in. The jeans are also perfectly tight around my legs. They never get baggy, nor lose shape and the deep blue hasn’t faded once, even after wash, after wash.

In general, a Mid Rise, Dark Skinny Jean is a necessity in every girl’s closet because they are a little bit of a dressier jean. You can easily dress them up or down and are always super flattering. I can’t recommend these enough!

Mid-Rise: Medium Wash Skinny Jeans
I bought these AG Jeans for the fall season, during the Nordstrom’s Anniversary Sale and they have been the best pair of jeans! I love the medium wash because they are more of a casual set and since they are a mid-rise jean, they hit just below your belly-button. Still perfect for tucking your shirt in, as you can see above!
Definitely more of an investment pair of jeans, but you’re definitely buying the quality. As you’ll see below, all of the AG Jeans I own, I have had for over five years.
This pair won me over and became a favorite pair after wearing them all around Switzerland and France! They were the only pair I packed and they never got overly stretched out. You can see them worn here, here, here & here.

The Destroyed Boyfriend Denim
Remember when I mentioned how long all of my AG Jeans have lasted me? Well, this right here is proof. I have been wearing these jeans for over six years!! Hence why the hole is so large! They are such a fun, casual pair of jeans. I love wearing them with sandals or mules in the spring/summer and even dressing them up with pumps for a more trendy look like I did above! Like I said, the pair I am wearing is super old, but these AG ones are identical.
A super relaxed pair of jeans is a must-have in your closet!

High Waisted: Dark Denim Flare Jeans
I absolutely adore my High-Rise Flare Jeans and cannot imagine not having them in my closet. I literally wear them all of the time! They are so incredibly flattering and are unbelievably comfortable. You’ve also seen me wear them here! They make my waist look super tiny (which I love) and are super elongating (which I really love). I also just like that they are different from your average skinny jean. I always get compliments on them and it’s fun to mix it up a little bit. I wear them with crop tops, blouses tucked in, oversized sweaters,

Mid-Rise: Black Skinny Jeans 
Love, Love, Love these black jeans! They say they are high-rise, but I think they are more of a mid-rise. Mine hit me right below the belly button, so they still come up just enough. I wouldn’t wear a crop top with them, but they are the perfect pair for tucking tops in.
So flattering and elongating, tight in all of the right places and extremely comfortable. I’m talking so comfortable that I don’t even mind flying in them. They are my favorite pair to wear when traveling! I also love that no matter how much I wear them, they never get baggy and always keep their shape. These are the only pair of Paige jeans I own, but they are definitely an amazing representation of the brand!

White Skinny Jeans
Finding a really good pair of White Jeans are hard to come by, but once again, AG wins the game. I have never found a pair of white jeans I have liked until I found these. For a little while, I was wearing another pair white jeans but quickly stopped because they would get so baggy, so quickly. Remember what I said about quality.
Anyways, these jeans are a dream and they fit like a glove. They are not only comfortable but are also flattering, which is a huge win for white jeans!
These jeans do not come cuffed, but as I mentioned in yesterday’s post, I always cuff my white jeans! I have learned that it makes my legs look longer! #petitegirlproblems.
