This weekend, Colton and I are heading to SXSW! I have a few blogging events, so we will be at the festival for a hot sec. I was going to just go by myself, but Colton is always up for getting out of Houston for a few days, so he is coming with me. Plus, my best friend, Laurel just moved there and bought her first house, so I am excited to see her new place and all of the renovations she’s been working on. She’s sent me about a million photos, so it’s time I see it in real life lol.
I bought this little two-piece set to wear last Friday in Los Angeles but the weather was not on my side, so I’m just going to have to save it for another time. Which I’m not too upset about because it is so stinking cute, I honestly can’t wait to wear it again.
I felt amazing in it! Which, that right there is what I think is the most important part. It’s all about how a outfit makes you feel.
The ruffles are just everything, it’s very forgiving and flattering for a crop top set. It would be absolutely perfect for a beach vacation!! Can you imagine wearing this to dinner in Mexico?? Ah – I wish I would have had it on my Bachelorette!
Just be sure to size down in the top because I noticed it is just a tad too big. I should have gone with the xs instead of the small to keep from having to pull it up. Other than that, it’s perfect and totally TTS.
I also recommend pairing it with a slimmer heel like these Steve Maddens sandals as opposed to something like a wedge!
