A few weeks ago, I did a major spring beauty buy for the season and wanted to share all of my purchases with you today! The weather is getting warmer and I’ve really been transitioning into more of a light bright, bronzed, dewy look. Kind of like constantly being sunkissed!!
So far, my favorite new spring beauty products include this flexible hairspray (perfect for loose curls!), this Urban Decay eyeshadow pallet, this Clarins Natural Glow Enhancer and this NYX Contour Stick.
I also picked up a few oldies but goodies like my favorite perfume for the season, the best dry shampoo, the prettiest pink lipstick, the worlds best-setting spray and this lightweight primer.
I’ll go into more detail on each product below!

- Drybar Dry Shampoo: There is no better dry shampoo than this one by DryBar. It’s fantastic for keeping your hair looking clean in between showers but doesn’t create product build up. I’ve tested so many and this one is by far my favorite!
- It Cosmetics Bronzer Brush: I have been in need of a new bronzer brush for over a year and finally bought this one! So far, I am super impressed! It’s extremely soft and apples my bronzer very evenly.
- DiorSkin Bronzer: Every year, I buy this bronzer right around the same time and it will last all year. I love it because it gives your skin a healthy looking glow. The bronzer is infused with golden minerals that capture the light and enhances the effects of the sun on your skin. It’s seriously so beautiful on!
- Drybar Flexible Hair Spray: During Fashion Week last year, I forgot my hairspray and ended up picking up this Drybar Hair Spray and immediately fell in love. I had been looking for one that kept my curls from falling but still allowed them to be bouncy and loose! This hairspray is it!
- Burberry Rhythm: Hands down the loveliest perfume of the season. It smells beautifully and will last all day, but is still very lightweight and fresh smelling. It’s the only scent I will wear from now until the fall!
- NYX Contour Stick: NYX actually sent this contour stick for me to try and so far I am really impressed. Take it for granted, I have never used a contour stick before and am a total newbie at it, but so far, I really like it! One side is a creme based bronzer, the other is a highlighter. It blends really easily and is a great price at $12!
- Smashbox Primer: This is a staple in my makeup bag and is hands down the best primer I have ever used. It goes on so smoothly and makes my skin feel so soft afterward! I swear it makes my pores look smaller too. It’s all around just the perfect primer to use before applying your makeup.
- Clarins Golden Glow: A new friend in my beauty routine that I have become completely obsessed with! I’ve been adding a few drops of this Clarins Gold Glow to my moisturizer day and night and it has been giving my skin this really nice natural glow! Even Colton has noticed! It’s like having a really light spray tan on your face.
- Urban Decay Eye Shadow Pallet: This eyeshadow palette is perfect for the spring/summer season! This is Urban Decays newest Pallet and I love all of the bronze / nude shades on it.
- Laura Geller Spackle Mist: Love, love, love this setting spray! It’s so refreshing, gives my face that dewy look and keeps my makeup in place for the whole day!
- Essie Nail Polish: I’m not normally the kind of girl that wears pink on her nails, but I am so obsessed with this Essie Nail Polish. The shade is called Madison Ave and it’s seriously so stunning! I get compliments on it all the time!
- Mac Creme Cup Lipstick: I stumbled upon this lipstick last year and it has now become a staple in my makeup bag. It’s the perfect amount of pink and nude with a little bit of shimmer. When I put it on, it instantly brightens my face!

Lauren
