Happy Friday Babes!!!
In honor of National Best Friends Day, I thought it was only appropriate to share my Bridal Brunch and Wine Tasting with my besties with you all today!
Side note – before I get too far into this, my apologies for the harsh editing!! These were all iPhone photos (I really didn’t feel like carrying around my camera) and the lighting in the valley is the absolute worst. You just think going into it that you’re going to get a super cute photo in the vineyards…. until you find out the shadows are a nightmare lol.
I absolutely loved this day with my girls before the rehearsal dinner. Colton and his guys went golfing, so we had the whole day to ourselves. We started off the day at Archetype, which is my favorite brunch spot in the valley. It’s seriously so cute and if you go, the donut holes are a must!! So we had a mimosa-filled brunch then made our way to my favorite winery to meet the rest of the girls.
Every time I go to the Valley, I go to Frogsleap, so I had to take my girls there! Since Colton and his groomsman were golfing, I made sure to have all of the guy’s wives, fiancés, and girlfriends meet us there. Even though they weren’t “technically in my wedding party” they are a huge part of my life and it was really important to me to share the day with them too! So about fifteen of us did a tasting there! We sat and drank wine around a large table, we walked around the vineyards, explored the wine barrel rooms and drank way too much wine lol. By this time, Hannah J (my little sister) and her friend went back to the hotel to go to the pool. They’re only 16, so I don’t blame them lol.
I wore this floral dress as opposed to a white outfit because I knew I would be wearing white literally all weekend and I was already over it and wanted to wear something different. By Maid of Honor actually wore the white outfit I brought and everyone we ran into thought she was the Bride – haha. She’s a total hoot though and loved it!
Have a great weekend!
xo,
Lauren
