Welcome Back Babes!
Yesterday morning, when I walked into Equinox, it was 70 degrees outside and when I walked out, it was in the 50’s! Praise Jesus. I have never been so pumped to feel cooler weather in my life. It was literally like a breath of fresh air and let me tell you, I am here for it – lol. It finally feels like fall!!
I thought I would take today to do a little life update for you guys. I oddly feel like I have been sharing less and less of my everyday life with yall, so I figured I’d fill ya in. The past few months have been absolutely flying by us and I have no idea why. It’s not like we have been over the top busy with trips or anything because honestly, we have been taking things super easy since the wedding. I mean yeah, our schedule had stayed consistently busy but it’s nothing compared to how busy we were.
The past few months have been so nice, just laying low and enjoying the newlywed life but I think we’re ready to make our next big move. Whether it be buying a house, changing cities or doing something entirely different/new with the blog! We’re not quite sure what the right move for us will be, so we are in this awkward waiting period – lol. Thankfully, we are in no rush and have been enjoying the downtime we have been given. We have been able to go to all of our favorite places in Houston & have tried so many new ones. We’ve been able to consistently hang out with friends, see family and blog-wise, I have been able to finally make it to a ton of events that I normally wouldn’t!
So life is good! We have a million trips planned starting in November, along with the official start of the Holiday season, so I think we’re going to look back on this period of time and be thankful that we had it!
In regards to LifetoLauren, I am going to do a series of little questions for you all on IG Stories today! Just to try and get more of a feel from you guys on who you are and what content you want to see. Also, I haven’t officially put anything out yet, but I have decided to start looking for an intern! I’ll probably put something official out this week! It would just be a few hours twice a week! So if you are interested or know somebody that might be interested, spread the word!

I’m such a planner that I get ahead of myself and need to step back.
I’m barely going through Wedding planning (NYE 2019), and tell me how I’m already looking into the difference of purchasing a townhouse or a single family house?! My Fiancé is like “woah, I need you to become my Mrs. first” lol.
I’m just SO ready for changes! I love them!
