Workwear Wednesday: New Year Transitional Pieces

Happy Wednesday Cuties!

Since most of you ladies are 9-5 boss working babes, I really want to make an effort this year to share more work inspired clothes for you all!!

I worked in an office for 3 years before working from home, so I totally understand how old it can get only seeing weekend and athleisure wear from all of your favorite bloggers, when you are in work clothes majority of the week. I wanted to share more transitional and “lighter” workwear pieces with you all today because even though we are still in January and have a few more months left of the cold, if you’re anything like me, you are dreaming of spring. I love all of these pieces because they are ones that you can start incorporating into your wardrobe now, while it’s still cold! For example, this trench is adorable, will keep you warm and will be perfect for those April showers. I would pair a white or cream sweater with this skirt now and then pair it with a light weight blouse later on. This cardigan goes with everything and is the perfect piece to keep at your desk to throw on over everything and these are my absolute favorite trousers in the world! I love them because they can be dressed up with heels or dressed more down with adorable mules like these ones!

1. This yellow dress is adorable and could easily be worn both at the office and on the weekend as well!
2. I love a good trench coat and this pink is not only adorable but is also perfect since it’s still so chilly outside.
3. This cardigan is perfect to throw over any outfit and is on sale!
4. Classic nude pumps are an absolute must because they can be worn with any outfit! Even black!!
5. Love this little blue dress (on sale) that would also be great for either Easter or any shower you may have coming up.
6. Truly so in love with this midi skirt and 100% plan on grabbing it.
7. Absolutely obsessed with these little pink bow mules.
8. These earrings are very classic while also being trendy and will go with every outfit.
9. I love this little floral blouse that could be worn with work trousers (like #11), a skirt or with jeans for a more casual look!
10. I’m having a real moment with tweed right now, so I’m loving this dress!
11. My most favorite work trousers in the entire world. So versatile, comfortable, affordable, flattering and appropriate!
12. If you have a more formal work setting, then I absolutely adore this little navy blue dress!
