January Tidbits

We’re about to be one month into 2019 babes and what a long (& cold) first month it has been.

January always seems to be a pretty slow month for us, but when I think about it, I honestly wouldn’t have it any other way. We’ve been spending a lot of time at home with friends and family, setting our goals, working hard and making plans for the rest of the year.

Below you will find a few favorites from the month and if you keep scrolling, you’ll get a full recap!

I introduced you all to my absolute favorite Daily Vitamins – Ritual!

I will have a whole blog post on Ritual coming soon, but in the meantime, I cannot recommend them enough! I love Ritual because not only have they mastered the perfect daily vitamin for women but they have also simplified the process. It has the 9 essential vitamins in it that every woman needs and I love the fact that it smells like peppermint and not like your vitamin. They are easy to take, they fit in my travel case, they’re affordable and I also love the fact that they are subscription based. Normally, if I run out of my vitamins, I’ll forget to pick new ones up for like months, but with Ritual, I never have to think about it because it comes in the mail every 30 days!

Plus, their packaging is super cute – lol!!;)

After almost 8 months, your girl finally got her hair done!! A few inches and a fresh balayage was all I needed to start feeling like my best self for 2019!

For my Houston girls, my hairdresser is Chris Kirkendall. He specializes in both balayage, highlights and cuts! He is currently at Salon Vive off of Memorial and Wescott!

That next weekend we headed to San Antonio for our friend’s wedding!!

I hadn’t had the opportunity to really spend time in SA since like middle school, so it was really fun to stay on the River Walk and explore the area for the weekend!

Also, this new Levis top is my absolute favorite!!

Quick brunch stop at the Pearl in San Antonio before getting on the road Sunday morning.

If you are ever in San Antonio, I highly recommend adding this area to your list for great restaurants, hotels, and shopping!

On the weekends they have a farmers market with live music and it is seriously just so fun!
