10 Things I’ve Recently Bought and Liked

(1) Barefoot Dreams Wrap

This wrap might just be the most comfortable and amazing item I have ever bought. Ya’ll already know that Barefoot Dreams (in general) is life but I’m not kidding when I say that I could truly live in this wrap!

It’s great because it’s so soft and dreamy, while also being incredibly timeless and chic. It’s definitely more of an “investment piece” but the good thing about it is that since it is so simple and effortless… it will never go out of style and you’ll be able to wear it for years. You can causally wear it around your house, wear it on the plane when traveling, wear it to lunch with the girls, to grocery store or even wear it to the beach! I just cant say enough good things about it and am so happy with my purchase.

(2) This “Acrylic” Squatty Potty

So embarrassing/awkward but I honestly don’t care at this point because I literally cannot describe to yall how much I love my acrylic squatty potty. If you own a normal squatty potty, then you know that they are life-changing (!!) but I think that we can also all agree that they are incredibly ugly….

The flimsy, gross, white plastic of it all? I can’t.

I had owned a squatty potty for years and always felt conflicted by it because while I loved it (shout out to anyone that has tummy issues) I just hated how it looked in my bathroom and thought it was incredibly embarrassing. So when I went to the home of my friend’s client (she’s their interior designer) and saw the acrylic squatty potty in their master, my world was rocked. I was shook by it and immediately went home to buy one for myself. It’s a little $$$ for a squatty potty (I know) but the fact that I no longer have to look at the ugly plastic one again… nor have to give up having one makes it all worth it to me.

(3) L Space Coverup

The one coverup you need this season! Also comes in white but I am really happy that I went with the black! Truly the most flattering, well-made coverup I have ever owned. It buttons all the way up and has a cute little drawstring to accentuate your waist. It’s the kind of piece that you would feel proud to feel wear-anywhere pre/post pool &/or beach!

I actually love mine so much, that I’ve been wearing it in my everyday wardrobe. Not just as a coverup! I’ll throw it on over a black cami and leggings to wear to the grocery store and I’ve even worn it out to dinner a few times! I just buttoned it all the way up and wore it with my light wash jeans/black heels and it was so cute! It’s one piece that I just can’t stop wearing.

(4) Back Massager

Okay, okay, okay…. While I personally did not personally buy this product… Colton did… and since we’re married and all our money comes from the same place anyways.. it’s basically like I bought it! Anywho lol, this Back Massager is LIFE. Colton and I both have crazy back issues and are constantly asking one another to rub our shoulders. We’ve tried so many different products and nothing compares to this one. We love it because you can adjust/move it exactly where you need it and it’s like having a personal masseuse!!

I even had my best friend try it while she stayed with us the other weekend and she literally could not stop raving about it! Every time we sat down to watch TV, she would get it out and use it the whole time. I’m telling ya’ll, it’s incredible lol.

(5) Larq ‘Self Cleaning’ Water Bottle

Ok – I’m really excited to give you guys an update on this Larq Waterbottle

I’ve officially had it for almost a month and I feel like I can finally give yall an accurate review.

If you aren’t familiar with this Larq product, it’s a $98 self-cleaning water bottle, that activates a purifying UV light every two hours, so you never have to worry about water contamination or your water bottle getting germy.

When I first got it, after using it for a few days, I kind of thought that it might have been a waste of money… It just kind of seemed like a normal (but heavier) water bottle and I wasn’t super impressed. After a week of using it though, I noticed that every time I opened it to take a sip, my water was always cold and tasted freshly purified. It never tastes stale or grimey and I love knowing that I’m not drinking out of a big bottle of bacteria.

So there is my review lol! I feel 100% confident in saying that it does work and that I am a fan of it!

(6) Calvin Klein Adjustable Bralette

The softest, most comfortable (& yet supportive) bralette I have ever owned. You can kind of see it worn here! Pre-pregnancy, I was definitely a “braless” kind of gal, and a proud member of the itty bitty titty committee. The moment I found out I was pregnant though, that changed and my chest grew almost two sizes!! My previous bras and braless ways were no longer an option so I needed to find something new. I hate wearing wire bras, so those were never even an option. After doing a lot of research though, I finally came across this one and it’s honestly everything of the sort. It’s supportive like a normal bra, with the comfort of a lightweight bralette and is truly as soft as butter. It’s a little more on $$ side but in my eyes, you can’t put a price on comfort.

(7) Marc Fisher LTD Nabela Sandals

It’s funny because the little white strappy sandals, that I was so hesitant to buy, I now can’t stop wearing. They are SO comfortable, yet chic and truly go with everything. They are the perfect little heel for the spring. I was in-between these from Marc Fisher and a less expensive option from Steve Madden but ultimately went with the Marc Fisher ones because the reviews were so much better and I’m so glad that I did. They aren’t too high, but still, give you that little bit of height that you’re looking for.

(8) Outdoor Voices Shorts

If you are looking for the perfect pair of athletic shorts that are not only comfortable but flattering… then you have found them!! Being completely honest, I’m not normally a huge Outdoor Voices fan. Most of their pieces I find uncomfortable and mediocre at best but oh my gosh these shorts are everything. My only complaint is that they don’t come lined… which is kind of annoying but I’m okay with it only because they are so darn flattering. It’s like they are the perfect amount of high waist while also being the perfect length and fit for your legs.

(9) Wristlet Keychain Bracelet

So simple, cute and perfectly priced under $10. Wristlets like these have been around for years, so this product isn’t exactly groundbreaking or anything but with that being said, I just got one a little over a month or so ago and it’s something so simple that has oddly brought joy to my life so why not share!? It’s just cute and oddly convenient. It’s so funny because Coltons loves it too and would get one of his own if they were technically so girly lol.

(10) Bio-Oil

I shared this Bio-Oil on Instagram stories this week and honestly can’t say enough good things about it! With over 11,000 (5) star reviews, I can honestly say that it lives up to its hype! While I initially bought it at the beginning of my pregnancy to help prevent stretch marks, it’s used for so much more and I plan to use it post-pregnancy as well! It’s actually more often used to help improve the appearance of current stretch marks and scars. Then it’s also supposed to be great for improving uneven skin tones, has anti-aging benefits and is the best product for dehydrated skin!

I started off with the 4.2 oz size (it lasted me two months using it twice a day) and after falling in love with it, I bought the larger 6.7oz size.

If there anything that you have recently bought and loved??? If so, please share below!! I would love to hear about them.

Lauren
