Green bean casserole is low key my favorite Thanksgiving dish and I know the key ingredient for making the best casserole is to use fresh green beans!!! This recipe is whole food, fresh and nutrient dense without a canned veggie in sight.

The perfect balanced and nutritious starchy side to make this Thanksgiving! Super, super easy to make too. It’s a lighter alternative to candied yams that usually have more sugar added to them than anything else.

I can’t get over how amazing this looks. I mean, who needs a pecan pie when you can make something as light and delicious as this? I will 100% be air frying some peaches this year.
