Hey everyone! Welcome back, I hope you all had a great weekend!!
If you’re in Houston, I hope you all are safe in your homes and not driving in this crazy weather!! It’s completely flooded outside of my apartment so I won’t be leaving anytime soon. Which is funny because I was already such a homebody all weekend.
Besides going out Friday night with some girlfriends, and a little date to North with Colton on Saturday, I swear I barely left the apartment. We watched so many movies, slept in until almost 11:00 on Sunday and it was just so nice!
I never do that, but I clearly need to recharge my batteries, as my dad would say!
The few times we did leave, I wore my blue striped oxford every time. I bought my oxford my freshman year at Baylor (my roomies & I were kind of obsessed with them) and since then, it has remained a staple in my closet. I can honestly say it’s one of my favorite pieces because it’s easy to style and is timeless! Because it is such a staple in my wardrobe, I thought I would show you guys my 3 favorite ways to style it!

This is my FAVORITE casual Friday look and probably the look I wear the most. I love it. It’s comfortable and yet I still feel super put together in it at the same. It’s the kind of outfit that you just feel good in. Which is perfect for a Friday!
LOOK TWO
One Teaspoon Shorts: Link // Ballet Flats: Link // Topshop Top: Link // Blue Oxford: Link Rebecca Minkoff Purse: Link // Ray Ban Sunglasses: Link
This is more of a summertime, super casual look, but I am absolutely obsessed with it! Perfect for running errands and grabbing a casual lunch. I can already tell this will be a staple outfit all summer long!
LOOK THREE
Ralph Lauren Oxford: Link // Topshop tank: Link // Black Jeans: Link // Stuart Weitzman heels: Link // Prada Sunglass: Link // Rebecca Mink Purse: Link
This is the look I have been wearing the most recently. I try to not wear a ton of black in the Spring, but I gravitate towards this outfit on the days when it’s dreary outside and I just don’t feel like wearing pastels. It allows me to wear my basic black, but the oxford still gives me the spring vibe.
Which look is your favorite???
xo,
Lauren
