It’s time to start getting into the Halloween Spirit.
I’ve been all about this spook-tacular Pumpkin Protein Smoothie. I mean, I know its not exactly spooky, but, it’s the little things right?! It’s a lot like my Cake Better Protein Smoothie, so you know it’s going to be super yummy.

Ingredients
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup organic pumpkin puree
1/2 frozen banana
1 scoop vanilla protein
1 tsp honey
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1/32 cup water
desired about of ice
Directions
Put everything in your blender, and blend blend blend! Remember, I always leave my blender on for like a really long time. I do this to get the perfect creamy consistency!
