Ingredients
1/2 bag large pecans
3 TBS egg whites
2 TBS organic maple syrup
1 TBS cayenne
4 TBS Light brown sugar
3 TBS pumpkin spice
1 TBS cinnamon
Directions
Preheat over to 400 degrees
Empty 1/2 of the bag of pecans into a large bowl
Pour into bowl the egg whites, syrup, brown sugar & pumpkin spice. Stir it all together until every pecan is even coated.
Spread pecans evenly over parchment paper and then sprinkle cinnamon over pecans,
Place pecans in the oven and bake for 7 minutes. Remove from oven, flip/mix up the pecans, cook for 5 more minutes. Remove and let cool.
