My Food Diary

Good Morning All!

Recently, I’ve been getting a lot of questions on what I eat for a typical day. So i figured it was time to share my food diary with you.

These diary entries below are very similar to what I typically eat!  My days can be all over the place, but when it comes to my main meals this is usually it. I track my eating with the MyFitnessPal App. I’ve mentioned it to you guys before, it’s the best little tool!

I base my eating around my BMR (Base Metabolic Rate). You can calculate yours here along with your BMI. This basically means that in order for me to maintain my weight, I need to eat between 1300-1600 calories a day.

I try to stick to that, but like I always say, I’m human! Everyday is different. None-the-less below are three different food diary examples.

FOOD DIARY (1)

Pre Breakfast: Skinny Pink Detox Drink

Breakfast: My Green Morning Smoothie

Snack 1: Sunflower Toast w/ PB2 & 1/8 of a banana sliced & Coffee w/ Almond Milk

Lunch: 4 oz. Chicken breast with usually sautéed broccoli and mushrooms

Snack 2: 1/2 Grape Fruit & a Hardboiled Egg

Dinner: 4 oz Salmon with sauteed asparagus

Dessert: A few of my 13 Calorie Blueberry Cookies (duhhhhhh)

FOOD DIARY (2)

Pre Breakfast: Skinny Pink Detox Drink

Breakfast: 1/2 Cup Oatmeal, 1/2 banana, 2 TBSP PB2

Lunch: Cake Batter Protein Smoothie

Snack: 2 TBSP Almond Butter

Dinner: Alfredo Chicken & Vegetables

Dessert: 2 pieces of  85% Dark Chocolate

FOOD DIARY (3)

Pre Breakfast: Skinny Pink Detox Drink

Breakfast: 1/3 cups liquid egg whites scrambled with mushroom & spinach. Sunflower Toast with 1/4 of an avocado smushed & topped with mango pico de gallo

Snack 1: 1 TBSP Almond Butter

Lunch: Chopped Detox Salad w/ 4 oz chicken breast

Snack: 2 cups Boom Chicka Pop

Dinner: Zucchini Pasta Pesto w/ shrimp

Dessert: 1/2 cup Arctic Zero Ice Cream
