How was everyone’s Memorial Day weekend?? Mine was very low key and kind of perfect. I leave for out of town today, for what seems like a lifetime, so I really wanted to take the weekend to relax and be home. Plus, Colton was at a Bachelor Party for the weekend so I was able to have double the relaxation time. It was amazing, but I’d be lying if I said I didn’t miss him!
I wanted to share this all white summer look with you all today because it is the epitome of a timeless summer look.
There is no doubt about it that my style is very simple and classic. It’s very rare to find me in multiple bright colors, mixing prints and wearing over the top outfits. I always believe that less is more and that dressing classic, is indeed the way to go. I bought these white wide leg pants two years ago and each spring, Nordstrom’s brings them back because they will never go out of style! When I wear them, I feel just like Elizabeth Taylor. As if I should be set in the 1950’s, sitting in LA on a patio, with big sunglasses on and an oversized floppy hat.
These are the crazy scenarios I play in my head when I am getting dressed. Incase ya’ll were wondering lol.

As you guys are reading this, I am probably on my way to the airport, heading to Charleston! I’ll be there with Dede from Dress Up Butter Cup and Kailey from Double Shot of Sass, and I cannot wait! None of us have ever been, so we are all really excited. It was a super last minute trip but I am just so thrilled to be going!! As most of you guys know, for my day job, I work directly with my Dad and I run my blog on the side. The thing is though, the blog definitely can get in the way of my daily duties. It’s a constant struggle trying to juggle the two, but he has been nothing but supportive, which means the world to me. It’s less than ideal me taking off in the middle of the week like this, for the blog especially, so I am really thankful.
