Hi Guys!

My goodness, I know I only missed one day but I feel like I haven’t talked to you all in forever.

For those of you who do not know, I’m currently in Florida on vacation with Colton’s family! They go on this trip every summer and as I mentioned in Friday’s post, it is our favorite trip of the year. Last year, we were not able to go since we were on our big Euro trip, and even though that trip was a trip of a lifetime, it is crazy how much we all missed this one.

There is nothing quite like lounging on the beach all day, playing ladder ball until the sun goes down  . Sunsets and sunrises here are my favorite.  While I was packing Friday night, I couldn’t help but laugh because everything I was bringing with me was a combination of blue, white, yellow and red. Clearly I am not super adventurous when it comes to my fashion choices lol. If we were on a vacation in a destination location like Mexico, I would be far more likely to expand my color options, but in Florida I am a little bit more reserved.

I guess you could say I go for a more classier look!

I actually picked up this dress way in advanced for the trip because I knew it would be the perfect summer dress to take with me on this trip. You can tell I am definitely a little sun kissed in it! This summer dress definitely shows a little bit more cleavage than I am used to, but with it being the summer time, I surprisingly didn’t mind it. I do recommend sizing up though! It’s the perfect, light weight dress and flows beautiful in the wind! Oh and these earrings! Ya’ll….. I’m in love!

Any who, today is our last day and fingers crossed it isn’t raining on us! There is definitely a storm coming in and we are praying for one last day of sunshine!

xo,

Lauren
