I don’t think I’ve ever been so excited for fall in my life.
Summer was amazing… but I am ready for the cooler temperatures. Plus, the trends are on point this fall season and I am 100% here for all of them.
As I started pulling/creating fall content for you guys, I found myself in a two-hour-long spiral, pinning away inspiration for the new season and figured I’d just go ahead show you all what I’m loving so far!
Currently, I’m being heavily influenced by minimalist, classic looks. 90’s prep school styles, mixed in with a little bit of boho chic. It’s the effortless, cool-girl vibes that are giving me life.
Take Hailey Baldwin’s (excuse me, Hailey Bieber’s), Princess Diana Paris Vogue Photoshoot that came out a few weeks ago! Literally iconic. Then Katie Holmes stepping out in a cashmere bra, paired with its matching cashmere cardigan?? LIFE.
So as we make our way into the fall season here are the top trends that you need to know about!
Dainty Gold Jewelry
The easiest trend of them all to try! In the past few years, I feel like bright, over the top, colorful statement pieces were huge but this fall, it’s all about the dainty gold jewelry. This trend started to make headway at the beginning of the summer and I am just so pumped to see it stick around.
Subtle Leopard Print
Incorporating animal prints into your wardrobe is another great option when transitioning into the fall. While chunky sweaters and scarves may not be in the forecast for a while, you could easily throw on a leopard print skirt or match a simple all-black look with some leopard mules.
Highwaist – Straight Leg Jeans
Another favorite – inspired by the one and only Princess Diana. When I first started searching fall trends, this was the one common denominator of them all! Skinny jeans will always be in (don’t worry) but this is definitely a fun/different trend to try!
Rancher Hats
Living for the rancher hat trend right now! There is just something about throwing on a hat, that completely elevates your look and makes you feel instantly cooler. Instead of going for the typical fall floppy hats – try this rancher style out instead. This Lack of Color Hat is the talk of the town already….but since it’s a little pricey….. I recently bought this hat to try out first and so far love!
90’s Prep School
I think this might be my favorite trend of them all! Big earrings, oversized sweatshirts, Levi jeans, crew socks, caps and blazers. Gimme it all. When I saw this trend – Classic Ralph Lauren Polo vibes first came to mind and I’m here for it.

Pearls On Pearls On Pearls
From hair accessories to earrings, necklaces, purses and more! Add some pearls and you’re good to go.
Puffy Sleeves
This trend was everywhere on the Fall runways. It’s a modern romantic take on the classic Shakespeare era trend. Wear it with shorts now and jeans in the fall. Pair them with trousers to work or pair the trend with a skirt – the possibilities are endless!
Hair Accessories
Headbands, barrettes, silk scarves, and scrunchies.
Headbands being my favorite – but I honestly love them all! Just like hats, these accessories are the pieces that will take your basic, everyday look and give it some flare!
Trenches – Long Coats – Blazers
Trench Coats, Long Coats, and Blazers – Oh my! These are the coat trends that you will see everywhere this fall. Especially the longer coats (!) but as we transfer into the season, I’m living for the blazer look!
