I’m so excited for today’s post and to be partnering with Nordstrom’s to share my favorite Summer Beauty Products with you all! I know that every blogger/influencer says that whenever they partner with a brand (myself included) but I’m like…really excited lol.
Compiling this list of my favorite summer beauty products was easy because I live for summertime beauty. I love a dewy, effortless look and that it’s all about being fresh-faced, having clean/clear skin, and looking sun-kissed.
These are the products that you are going to want to wear all summer long. Whether it’s to the beach while on vacation, to the pool, running errands, working out, or just all around being outside! Products that are lightweight, won’t sweat off and will also protect your skin from the sun!
Favorite Summer Time Beauty Products
SKINCARE
CLEANSER
ExfoliKate Daily Foaming Wash – My go-to daily cleanser! It’s really important to actually wash your face with a cleanser day/night during the summer (aka not just using makeup remover wipes lol) because you really want to clean your skin all of the sweat, dirt, and build up from the day. I love this one because it’s a medicated daily foaming face wash that clears your skin without irritating or over-drying it, balances the oils in your skin and minimizes the appearance of pores.
SUNSCREEN
SuperGoop Unseen Sunscreen SPF40 – I apply this sunscreen on my face (before my makeup) and love that it’s more clear/skin-toned as opposed to the typical white that all sunscreen is. It goes on super smoothly, it won’t run or sweat off and will make your skin feel like butter. It’s actually fantastic for a summer primer! Then I’ll also keep it in my purse to use on my hands as well.
LIP BALM
Sugar Tinted Lip Treatment with SPF – This is actually a go-to year-round! I love this lip balm because not only does it have SPF in it, but it’s tinted and giving your lips the perfect touch of color. Shades Petal and Rose are my favorites!
FACIAL MIST
SuperGoop Defense Refresh Misting Spray SPF35 – I keep this misting spray in my purse as a “mid-day refresh” to wake me up, make my face look more “fresh” and to give my skin a quick coat of SPF.
PURFUME
Daisy by Marc Jacobs – Not exactly “skincare” but I didn’t know what other category to put it under lol. Daisy by March Jacobs has been a favorite scent since college and every spring/summer I always find myself reaching for it. It’s not a super heavy scent (which I prefer) but is just subtle enough and smells so lovely.

MAKEUP
TINTED MOISTURIZER
Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer (Shade: Sand) – During the summer, instead of wearing a full coverage foundation, I prefer a lightweight tinted moisturizer! It goes on so smoothly, has Broad Spectrum SPF30 in it (so it’s extra protection for your face!), and gives just enough coverage to even out your skin or hide any blemishes you might have without it feeling heavy.
BRONZER
Charlotte Tilbury (Shade: Medium #2) – The most luxurious matte bronzer that will literally last you a lifetime!
HIGHLIGHTER
Benefit What’s Up! – A forever staple in my makeup bag and the easiest highlighter to use! It’s cream-based and I use it just like a marker, applying it to my cheekbones, the bridge of my nose, on top of my eyelids for a subtle shimmer and to the corners of my eyes as well!
EYESHADOW
Urban Decay Moondust Eyeshadow – My favorite neutral and sparkly summer eye shadow! My go-to shade is Lithium and I love it because it has a slight tint of purple to it (even though it’s brown) and it really makes my green eyes pop!
Naked Heat Eye Shadow Palette – The perfect neutral eyeshadow palette with every “warm” color you will need for this summer! While I don’t normally wear a lot of eye shadow, when I do, I reach for this palette! My favorite ones to use are Inhale, Hotspell, and Strike (if I really want to make a statement!).
WATERPROOF MASCARA
Urban Decay Waterproof Mascara – Bought this last summer and loved! It stays all day and holds its volume, even in the hot Houston weather, when I’m at the pool and etc.
I also really want to try this one because it’s on sale for $25 and has hundreds of 5-star reviews!
SETTING SPRAY
Urban Decay Long Lasting Setting Spray – In the summer, I’m all about that dewy look! So instead of using a setting powder to set my makeup, I like to use a lightweight setting spray! I’ve continuously used this one from Urban Decay for years (one bottle will literally last you a year too) and it truly keeps my makeup perfectly in place, leaves my skin feeling refreshed and not the least bit cakey.
LIPSTICK
Mac Creme Cup Lipstick – My go-to summer lipstick for years! It’s the perfect light pink/neutral lipstick that looks absolutely amazing when you have a tan and makes your whole face look so bright and dewy!

SELF TANNING
GRADUAL TANNING LOTION
St. Tropez Gradual Tanning Lotion –
I also really love this version of the lotion because it smells like watermelon! I’ve only had it in the sample size but I liked that it didn’t smell like your typical tanning lotion.
INSTANT TAN
St. Tropez Tan Express Mousse -When I’m not able to make it to get a spray tan and I need a tan quick, this is what I use! It works instantly and gets darker by the hour. It’s super easy to apply (I just use this applicator mitt to apply it!) and it looks just like a salon spray tan! If you want to try it out, I’d start with this sample kit that’s only $20 and comes with a mitt!
